World Book Day

On world book day, parents were invited in to read stories with their children in the classroom. It was great fun for all involved!

Our new topic for the half term is 'Growing and Traditional Tales'. The children will retell traditional tales and will learn about how plants grow.

Art

This half term we have been focusing on exploring and experimenting with colour and creating marks in different ways. We have printed using string, made observational drawings using oil pastels, paint and pencils. The children have also explored collaging using wax rubbings.
